Android API 33 (v13) API 34 (v14) tap fail #4257 - wixDetox

api 33When I run my app on emulators with API 33 then the graphics are not scaled properly, they are way too small. I checked the values for xdpiAs we now, After 31 August , All new app must be target API 33. But can I upgrade my app (publish new version of existing app) after 31 August
